There are apps for so many things; why shouldn't there be one for technology support? Our app is a simple way to communicate a service need anytime, anywhere, with the device that's always with you. So, if you've had a glitch with your AV or lighting, and you just thought about it at 11 PM while getting in bed, now you can submit a support request. No need to pick up the phone, talk to someone during business hours or after, or text a long message with all your information. An app makes it easy.

Available on the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android users, our new support app is the easy way to get help for your home technology. It works for all of our service areas, whether you're in Atlanta, Birmingham, or the 30A area in Florida. 

You can enter your information easily and list what kind of support you might need, from AV to security, so that your request gets promptly routed to the right team. You get a confirmation that one of our support representatives will be in touch with you promptly to address your issue. That means you know we've got your request and do not have to wonder whether a message was read or a voice message was heard.
